2. Primary Objectives of personal data processing

2.1 The processing of personal data provided via contact with our offices, internet, our website is done with a view to fulfilling, prior to the conclusion of any contractual agreement emanating from specific requests made by you, in order to carry out obligations deriving from any eventual contractual agreement and/or to carry out any obligations required by law, and eventually, to defend any rights in a court of law.

5. The nature of gathering personal data.

6. Timescale for the processing of personal data

6.1 Personal data will be processed and kept for a period of 5 years, and will be cancelled after 15 days of the discontinuance, for whatever reason.

7.1 Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect usage and non- authorised access, in conformity with technical norms and discipline outlined in attached document B of the Privacy Code and from article 32 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 where applicable. 8. User Rights

8.1 In accordance with art.13 onwards of the EU Regulation n.679/2016, the user has the right to ask the Holder confirmation of the existence or not of personal data which refers to the user, even if this data has yet to be registered, and to obtain access, the rectification or cancellation of the same data, as well as the limitation or cessation of the data’s processing. The user also has the right to the portability of the data, or the right to receive it in a structured, legible and user friendly format via an automatic device, and to transmit the data to another holder for processing. 8.3 The party concerned has the right to obtain: a) Updating, correction, or, if of interest the integration of the data; b) cancellation , transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data, the conservation of which is unnecessary in relation to the purpose for which the data was collected or then processed; c) the certification that the operations in letters ‘a’ and ‘b’ were brought to the knowledge, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data was communicated and shared, with the exception of cases whose fulfilment is apparently impossible, or involves resources manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
